Summer Diet 101: Apple Cider Vinegar

Summer is almost over but that doesn't necessary mean you've reached your target weight loss goal. One of my friends gave me a tip of how she is shedding pounds and swears by it. Apparently, apple cider vinegar is not only good for your skin but great for weight loss as well!

The recommended amount is 1 teaspoon of vinegar per glass of water sipped before a meal.  Add one teaspoon of honey to sweeten the taste.The enzymes in the raw vinegar improve digestion and counteracts bladder infections, because it normalizes the pH. It cleans the blood, helps with hormone regulating, helps regulate the body's ph, and heart burn.

There is also a pill form that one can take but it does not work as well do to the fact the body must break down the pill first and by then it has passed the intestines. Its great for curbing your appetite.

The weight loss is not instant (unlike the Master Cleanse, see the article here), it is gradual. But once it is off, it will remain off, assuming your eating habits stay the same.

Best brand to buy? Braggs, because it is 100% natural and organic.
